This machine also use overheat protector devices. If material is wet, oiliness is much, the thickness gap is too tight, speed of feeding is too fast ,  it will cause temperature rise of the machine.

and machine will not operate regularly. Overheat protector will automatically cut off the power, then stop feeding. Afterwards turn off the switch, cut off the power,

open the cover, clean up the grinding groove , adjust appropriate fineness .

It can prevent bearing over heated from damaging motor, also can prevent high temperature from effect of grinding material.

 

一、 Open front cover of the machine ,take out the refiner plate, then loosen the screw of  fixed abrasive disc .

              

二、Rreattach new abrasive disc to original pace ,lock the screw, take out abrasive disc. Observe gap between the inner circle of  abrasive disc and  installation steps, should adjust gap evenly  .

ensure abrasive disc  and motor shaft are concentric ,then lock the screw.

Notes：Don't squeeze it too hard.  Pls squeeze three screws evenly and lock it slowly.

 

1.attach refiner plate to milling cavity, adjust screw , adjust it by spining counterclockwise. Cover it and lock it .

 

2. Start the motor,adjust it tightly by spinning clockwise until there is sharp voice when rubbing. Pls turn off the switch when empty machine motor operates two minutes later.

 

3.Open the front cover , take out the refiner plate. Pls observe friction marks between stationary disc and rotating disc and touch edge of abrasive disc . If friction marks are evenly distributed, heat of abrasive disc circle is no significant different, so installation of abrasive disc is  balance ,  no need to adjust, use directly .

4.If friction marks are not evenly distributed, some position  is  without friction and no fever when touch, so  position of tooth ace is low, no  friction. Pls loosen the set screw ,then  readjust centrality of disc for locking the screw tightly. Operating method of stationary disc and rotating disc is same .

 

5、Reattach refiner plate  to milling cavity，lock the front cover tightly,

test it again ,then stop for observing abrasive disc until the disc is adjusted evenly.

6、When the disc is flat, pls make the machine  run in 1-2 minutes.

7、Pls use it after running-in .
